And She Danced

Looking at life, she smiled,

All her sorrow took an exile.

Her wheelchair couldn’t be the shackle on her dreams,

As she stepped to face it in a new disguise.

She befuddled the nature’s destiny for her,

As she carried her new foot all energised.

She knew the world would muffle her dreams,

But she walked through the pain, into the lands of happiness gain.

All it took was determination to rise,

with all that she took baby steps at a time.

Journey was tough, She was adamant,

But at the end, She danced to the rhythm of life.
