Life is Mine

The twirls of a chime, never rhyme,

yet it’s the one that adores the shrine.

Enough of faking for the world,

why not stop and think for a while.

There is no harm in being the different one,

cos all that matters, is what made you smile.

Take a deep breath, open your eyes,

to the world that you want and walk in it with pride.

Stop not when people reject your opinions,

it’s their job to ridicule others and it’s yours to say “Life is mine”.
